The first set of examples I have to show is the documentation I used to design and build my third role-play simulation, "Influencing decision makers".
Included are: (select the link to download the document)
Learning Matrix - shows the learning objectives and learning points
Learning Situations - shows all of the situations and decisions the "user" will be asked to perform
Storyline - what my sim partner and I used to help reinforce our realistic scenario
The second set of examples I have to show is the documentation I used to design and build the SmartSim Reviewer Training program.
Included are: (select the link to download the document)
Read Me First document - we asked reviewers to read this prior to the start of the training program
Introduction to Simulations - this was used to give some background knowledge of our role-play simulations
Reviewer Checklists - this document was to act as "just-in-time" learning for reviewers ... they should use this document to focus on certain aspects for each review
Roles and Responsibilities - document used to clearly define the roles of the collaborative team
Simulation Resources - document with many links to research on role-play simulations and related content
Final Sign-off Document - this was the form used by reviewers to confirm sign-off or a place for them to communicate issues or concerns
The third example is a document I created to help support the new PVCS Tracker software we began to use.
