I have been fortunate to coach an amazing bunch of young men and women. I believe that my players have learned a lot about the game of soccer, themselves, and about the "Team" concept. Moreover, I must say I have learned a lot from my players as well as the staff I have worked with-- better ways to develop a positive "team" environment, ways deal with team/individual problems, and methods for improved communication among players, coaches, parents, and administration.
